Perfect for weddings, parties, and any celebration. It captures moments that would never make it into a traditional video or photo album.
The Signature

Our full on-site vintage video guestbook service, including setup and pack-down (Sydney & Surrounding areas)

The video guestbook will be available for use until 11:00 PM. An additional charge applies to any usage after this time.
Our team will return after the event to handle the pack-down.
There will be no on-site booth attendant during the event. However, you may contact us at any time for assistance.
Please note that travel fees are not included and will vary based on event location. Travel within 20km of Lindfield is free of charge. For locations 20–100km, $2.50/km applies. Beyond 100km, $3/km applies.
All recorded videos will be compiled and delivered via a downloadable link within 48 hours, so you can start reliving the moments the very next day

The package includes the video guestbook, flashlight, and an instruction arch to guide your guests.
After the event, the guestbook is to be returned within 2 days using the provided return process.
All recorded videos will be compiled and delivered via a downloadable link within 48 hours of receiving the return, so you can start reliving the moments as soon as possible.

The Classic Package is a self-setup rental. You receive the vintage video guestbook and set it up at your event using our simple instructions.
The Signature Package includes full setup at your event, pack down after 11:00pm. Travel fees are not included and may apply depending on your event location.

After deciding on your package, make a booking request to enquire about availability. We’ll respond as soon as possible with availability details.
To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit is required. For the Classic package, an additional $200 refundable bond is also required. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your event.

We’re completely open to custom packages—if you have something special in mind, we can make it work

No, there won’t be anyone to assist during the event, but instructions are provided so your guests can easily record their messages on their own.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekend weddings and during peak season, as dates tend to fill up quickly.
