Our team will arrive approximately one hour before your event to set up.
The video guestbook will be available for use until 11:00 PM. An additional charge applies to any usuage after this time.
Our team will return after the event to handle the pack-down.
Please note that travel fees are not included and will vary based on event location.
There will be no on-site booth attendant during the event. However, you may contact us at any time for assistance.
All recorded videos will be compiled and delivered via a downloadable link within 24 hours, so you can start reliving the moments the very next day

The vintage video guestbook will be shipped to your three days prior to your event, ready to use on the day.
The package includes the video guestbook, LED flashlight, and an instruction arch to guide your guests.
After the event, the guestbook is to be returned within two days using the provided return process.
All recorded videos will be compiled and delivered via a downloadable link within 24 hours of receiving the return, so you can start reliving the moments as soon as possible.
Shipping fees for both delivery and return are included in the package.

The Classic Package is a self-setup rental. You receive the vintage video guestbook and set it up at your event using our simple instructions.
The Signature Package includes full setup at your event, pack down after 11:00pm. Travel fees are not included and may apply depending on your event location.

Choose Classic if you’re comfortable setting up the guestbook yourself and want a more flexible, DIY option.
Choose Signature if you prefer a stress-free experience where we handle the setup and receive videos the very next day.

After deciding on your package, make a booking request to enquire about availability. We’ll respond as soon as possible with availability details.
To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit is required. For the Classic package, an additional $200 refundable bond is also required. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your event.
