Our timeless rental option, delivered to you and returned after your celebration. Available in AU & NZ.
What's included
- Shipped to you 2–3 days before your event, ready to use on the day.
- Includes the video guestbook, flashlight and an instruction arch to guide your guests.
- Return within 2 days of your event using the provided return process.
- All videos compiled and delivered via downloadable link within 48 hours of us receiving the return.
The Signature

Our full on-site vintage video guestbook service, including setup and pack-down. Sydney & surrounding areas.

- Our team arrives about an hour before your event to set up.
- Available for guest use until 11:00pm — an additional charge applies after this time.
- Our team returns after your event to pack down. No on-site attendant during the event, but we're contactable throughout.
- Travel fees apply outside 20km of Lindfield — $2.50/km from 20–100km, $3/km beyond 100km.
- Videos delivered via downloadable link within 48 hours.
- Option to keep it simple or add faux flowers to match your colour scheme.

Questions
What's the difference between the three packages?
The Classic is a self-setup rental — you receive the guestbook and set it up yourself using our simple instructions. The Signature includes full setup at your event and pack-down after 11:00pm. The Premium includes full setup with our styled backdrop, plus pack-down after 11:00pm. Travel fees may apply to Signature and Premium depending on your location.
How do I decide which package to go for?
Choose Classic if you're comfortable setting up the guestbook yourself and want a flexible, DIY option. Choose Signature for a stress-free experience where we handle setup and you receive your videos the very next day. Choose Premium if you want that same stress-free setup, elevated with our backdrop for a styled look on the day.
What's the booking process?
Once you've decided on a package, send through a booking request to check availability. We'll come back to you as soon as we can. To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit is required — the Classic also requires an additional $200 refundable bond. The remaining balance is due one week before your event.
When will I receive the videos?
Signature and Premium: all files are delivered within 48 hours of your event. Classic: all files are delivered within 48 hours of us receiving the guestbook back.
Do you offer custom packages?
Yes — if you have something special in mind, we're happy to make it work.
Is the video guestbook attended during the event?
There's no attendant on-site during the event, but clear instructions are provided so your guests can easily record their messages on their own.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as possible — especially for weekend weddings and peak season, when dates fill quickly. Once you know your date, send through a booking request to secure it.
How is the travel fee calculated?
No travel fee applies within 20km of Lindfield. Beyond that, $2.50/km applies from 20–100km, and $3/km beyond 100km.
